简述了空气分离站5600kW电机的自耦变压器启动方式。在实际使用过程中,由于自耦变压器容量设计不足,引起电动机启动电流反时限保护动作,启动失败,采取自耦变压器容量升级的改造方案,解决了电动机启动失败的难题。

The starting mode of the 5600 kW motor autotransformer for air separator unit is briefly introduced.In actual operation,insufficient design capacity of the autotransformer had led to startup failure of the motor due to inverse-time protection action of starting current.The capacity of the autotransformer was upgraded in a modification program, which has solved the problem of motor startup failure.
