摘要
介绍了宝钢制氧1^#空分过冷器一起故障经过,详细分析了故障发生的原因,并对其处理过程及措施进行了阐述。造成过冷器堵塞的原因是管道应力产生裂缝后珠光砂泄漏至过冷器污氮通道,从而使过冷器污氮通道堵塞。最后借助1^#空分增氮改造项目对过冷器进行了检查处理,成功消除了故障。
The process of a fault occurring in the subcooler of No.1 air separation unit of Baosteel is briefly introduced,cause of the fault is analyzed in detail and treatment measures and process are discussed.The cause of the subcooler blocking was a lot of pearlite sand infilling into the waste nitrogen channel of the subcooler after stress cracks appeared in the pipes.Finally,the subcooler was inspected and treated taking the chance of the transformation project of nitrogen increment of the No.1 air separator and the fault was successfully eliminated.
