The paper introduces a tripping off accident of an expander for MaSteel’s 20000 m^3/h oxygen generator and analyzes the causes of the accident from the aspects of electrics and control system.The tripping problem of the expander was solved by taking measures such as optimization of the control program and wiring a tripping interlock,installing UPS power source and anti-sloshing electric contactor.
