Development of Document Management System Based on B/S Structure

以马钢第四钢轧总厂技术文件管理为研究对象,开发基于B/S结构的文件管理系统,实现文件自动分类、集中管理、权限控制、版本变更、过期作废等功能,解决了现场文件无法快速查阅、关键工艺参数控制要求无法快速获得、过期文件仍挂网等问题,减少现场文件执行错误的情况发生,提升技术文件管理水平。

Taking the technical documents management of the No.4 Steelmaking & Rolling Works of Masteel as the study objective,the authors of the paper developed a document management system based on B/S structure,which realized functions such as automatic sorting,concentrated management,access control,edition upgrading and expiring invalidation of documents,reduced implementation faults of on-site documents and improved technical document management level.
