免疫组化染色在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断及预后中的应用

摘要 甲状腺乳头状癌(Papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)是病理日常诊断中最常遇到的甲状腺病变之一,典型病变依据其光镜下组织细胞形态结构很容易做出病理诊断,但一些甲状腺良性病变(包括结节性甲状腺肿和桥本甲状腺炎)其组织形态有时亦可呈乳头状或假乳头状增生,以至于与PTC不易鉴别。一些PTC早期易发生淋巴结转移等侵袭性行为,这就需要借助必要的免疫组化染色加以诊断和鉴别,甚至早期可以借助敏感性和特异性强的免疫组化标记物染色来判断预后。现就近年来文献报道较多的免疫组化标记物加以综述,希望给临床病理工作带来一定的帮助。
