松士促根剂在玉米上的应用效果试验

Application Test of Soil Loosening Root Promoting Agent on Corn

为验证松土促根剂在我县玉米生产上的应用效果,通过田间小区试验,在玉米生长的苗期、抽雄期、成熟期分别用"湿筛法"测定0~20cm土层的土壤水稳性团聚体,用"环刀法"测定各处理耕层的田间持水量、土壤容重,同时计算土壤孔隙度,用"烘干法"定土壤实际含水量;土壤阳离子交换量采用NH4CL-NH40Ac法测定.试验测定结果表明:松土促根剂能促进了土壤团聚体的生成,降低土壤容重,提高了土壤阳离子交换量,提高了土壤田间持水量,提高了土壤含水量,促进了玉米根系的生长,改善了玉米的成产因素,增加了玉米产量.

In order to verify the application effect of soil loosening root promoting agent in corn production in our area, soil water stability aggregates of 0-20cm soil were measured by wet sieve method before winter, regreen. ing and grouting of corn growth through field plot experiments. The "ring knife method" was used to determine the field water holding capacity and soil capacity of each treatment layer, and the soil porosity was calculated. The actual soil water content was determined by the "drying method". The amount of soil cationic exchange was determined by NH4CL-NH40CA method. The test results showed that the soil loosening root promoting agent can promote the formation of soil aggregates, reduce soil weight, increase the amount of soil cationic exchange, in. crease soil field water retention, and increase soil water content. It promotes the root growth of corn, improves the yield factors of corn, and increases the yield of corn.
