摘要
在化工机械中,卧式砂磨机发挥着重要的物料研磨分散作用.本文通过阐述卧式砂磨机的组成结构,分析其的工作原理,发现卧式砂磨机的结构存在不合理的地方,导致其工作效率不高、研磨质量不佳等问题.然后分析卧式砂磨机的主轴部件、冷却系统、研磨装置和机座四个重要组成部分,从这四个方面对卧式砂磨机进行结构优化.改进后的卧式砂磨机能增强物料的流动性,增加了研磨效率和提高了研磨效果,冷却效果也进一步加强.这四部分的结构优化使卧式砂磨机能发挥更好的效用.
In chemical machinery, horizontal sand mills play an important role in grinding and dispersing materials. This paper explains the structure of the horizontal sand mill and analyzes its working princi. ple. It is found that the structure of the horizontal sand mill is unreasonable, resulting in problems such as low work efficiency and poor grinding quality.Then analyze the four major components of the horizon. tal sand mill's main shaft components, cooling system, grinding device and machine base, and optimize the structure of the horizontal sand mill from these four aspects. The improved horizontal sand mill can enhance the fluidity of the material, increase the grinding efficiency and improve the grinding effect, and further enhance the cooling effect. The structural optimization of these four parts allows the horizontal sander to perform better.
