城轨车辆地板布作为列车的必要组成部分,其铺装效果直接影响整个车辆的效用和美观,探究地板布铺装工艺有利于提高铺装质量.文章阐述了一般地板布铺装工艺,发现该工艺容易出现鼓泡问题.然后针对鼓泡问题提出一系列措施,包括预防措施和维修措施.最后提出一套改进后的地板布铺装工艺,通过实践表明,改进后的铺装工艺能提高地板布的使用寿命,还能达到美观的铺装效果.

Urban rail vehicle floor cloth is an essential part of the train. The paving effect directly affects the utility and aesthetics of the whole vehicle. Exploring the floor cloth paving process is conducive to improving the paving quality. This paper describes the general floor covering process and finds that the process is prone to bubbling problems. Then a series of measures are proposed for the bubbling problem, including preventive mea. sures and maintenance measures. Finally,a set of improved floor covering paving process is proposed. The prac. tice shows that the improved paving process can improve the service life of the floor covering and achieve the beautiful paving effect.
