摘要 随着我国胶黏技术水平不断提升与优化,其应用范围与领域拓展明显,并呈现良好的发展态势。作为当前胶黏技术中的重要组成部分,胶接与胶补应用性与实用性不断提升,发展速度较快,因为自身具有良好的抗震与密封性,使得其应用范围逐渐提升,能够有效的应用于航空发动机领域,在其应用过程中,整体的设计趋于简化,不仅能够大幅提升操作性能,提升了工艺质量与水平,而且能够有效的节约资源,更好的节省生产成本。在此基础上,相应的学科研究工作开始有序开展,并且逐步成为重要的高科技学科。本文以当代胶黏技术为切入点,通过研究与分析其发展现状,以期提升其在航空发动机领域的发展质量与水平,形成良好的发展模式。 With the continuous improvement and optimization of adhesive technology in our country, its ap. plication scope and field have expanded significantly, and present a good development trend. As an im. portant part of the current adhesive technology, the application and practicability of adhesive bonding and repairing have been improved continuously, and the development speed is faster. Because of its good seismic resistance and sealability, the application scope of adhesive bonding and repairing has been im. proved gradually, and it can be effectively applied in the field of aeroengine. In its application process, the overall design tends to simplify, which can not only greatly improve the operational performance. It improves the process quality and level, and can effectively save resources, better save production costs. On this basis, the corresponding disciplinary research began to be carried out in an orderly manner, and gradually became an important high-tech discipline. This paper takes the modern adhesive technology as the breakthrough point, through the research and analysis of its development status, in order to improve its development quality and level in the field of aeroengine, and form a good development model.
