摘要 以粒状化工材料自动混同生产线为研究背景,根据生产工艺要求,在相同时间内不同距离下传送的物料重量相同,提出基于模糊PID的传送带流量控制方法,以实现多电机智能化控制并最终达到生产工艺要求。文中分析了模糊PID控制的基本思想;运用存储间寻址的方法,在程序中加入PID子程序,二者结合最终实现模糊PID控制。试验结果表明,相比较传统PID控制,模糊PID控制能更好地实现自动混同系统中的流量控制。 Based on the research background of automatic mixing production line of granular chemical materials,according to the requirements of production technology,the weight of materials conveyed at different distances in the same time is the same. A flow control method of conveyor band based on fuzzy PID is proposed to realize intelligent control of multiple motors and ultimately meet the requirements of production technology. The basic idea of fuzzy PID control is analyzed.By using the method of addressing between storage,the PID subroutine is added into the program,and the combination of the two can finally realize the fuzzy PID control.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional PID control,the fuzzy PID control can better realize the flow control in the automatic mixing system.
