以某48VBSG轻度混合动力车型系统为例,对其BSG动力系统可能存在的主要失效模式进行了研究分析,在混合动力总成试验台架上模拟各类实车故障失效模式的实车运行状态,并对各失效模式进行了验证分析。

This paper takes the example of 48 V BSG mild hybrid vehicle system,to analyze the invalidation mode of system fault,and simulates various kinds of vehicle fault mode at the hybrid test bench,and also carries out validation and analysis based on fault mode.
