摘要 目的构建护理人员职业生涯韧性指标体系,为提高护理人员职业心理素质提供借鉴。方法查阅国内外文献,初步形成护理人员职业生涯韧性体系,采用德尔菲(Delphi)法对20名专家进行2轮咨询,并通过层次分析法确立各级指标权重,最终确立护理人员职业生涯韧性指标体系。结果护理人员职业生涯韧性指标体系包含3个一级指标、6个二级指标、32个三级指标,2轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为86.96%、100%,专家权威系数为0.853,2轮专家咨询协调系数经卡方检验后有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理人员职业生涯韧性指标体系的专家意见趋于一致,专家积极性和权威性较高,意见协调程度好,可用于护理人员职业生涯韧性的评估。 Objective To establish a career resilience index system for nursing staff so as to provide reference for improving the professional psychological quality of nursing staff.Methods Consulting the literature at home and abroad,the nursing staff's career resilience system was formed,and Delphi technique was used to conduct two-rounds of consultation with 20 experts,and the index weight of all levels was established by analytic hierarchy process (AHP),and the career toughness index system of nursing staff was finally established.Results The positive coefficients of the 2 rounds of consulting experts were 86.96% and 100% respectively,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.85.The 2 round of expert consultation coordination coefficient was statistically significant after the chi square test ( P <0.01).The professional career resilience index system of the nursing staff included 3 first grade index,6 two level index and 32 three grade index.Conclusion The expert opinion of the professional career resilience index system of nursing staff tends to be consistent,the expert's enthusiasm and authority are high,the degree of coordination is good,and it can be used to evaluate the career toughness of the nursing staff.
