摘要
为了提高数控加工进度的控制能力,提出了基于多信息集成的数控加工进度提取方法。首先通过构建数控加工进度信息流模型,分析数控加工进度信息的统计特征量,结合统计回归分析模型进行进度特征调度。然后采用数控加工样本特征采集方法进行原始进度信息的采集,依据采集信息构建统计分析模型,采用多源信息结构重组方法对进度信息进行集成,提取进度信息的谱特征量。最后根据提取结果融合信息,采用多信息集成方法进行进度信息调度,实现数控加工进度的提取。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行数控加工进度提取的自适应性能较好,特征分辨能力较强,提高了数控加工进度控制能力。
In order to improve the control ability of NC machining progress, schedule extraction method of NC machining based on multi-information integration was put forward. First, NC machining progress information flow model was constructed to analyse the statistical characteristics of NC machining progress information, and combined with the feature of statistical regression analysis model, to schedule the progress. Then the NC machining sampling characteristics method was used for the original schedule information collection, bsed on which statistical analysis model was established. The multi-source information restructuring method was carried out on the progress of the information integration to extract the spectral characteristics of progress information. At last, according to the fusion of information extraction, information integration method was used to schedule information and realize the extraction of NC machining schedule. The simulation results show that the adaptive performance of the method is better, and the feature resolution is stronger.
