摘要
基于ABAQUS建立硬质合金直柄麻花钻头钻削碳纤维复合材料的有限元仿真模型,通过真实的切削试验来获取样本数据与仿真模型得出的钻削力数据进行对比验证,结果表明仿真模型具有较好的预测精度,精度误差控制在10%以内。
The finite element simulation model of cemented carbide straight shank twist bit drilling carbon fiber composite is established based on ABAQUS. Through real cutting experiments, we get the sample data and compare the drilling force data obtained from the simulation model. The results show that the simulation model has good prediction accuracy, and the accuracy error control is less than 10%.
