摘要
中共中央的很多文件中都强调加强对灵活就业的支持,其中灵活用工越来越受到重视。近几年,在互联网这个大环境的冲击下,灵活用工渐渐成为众多企业的新型用工模式。灵活用工是实现企业经营目标和实现社会充分就业的重要途径。然而灵活用工既有很多优势,也存在着很多问题,针对这些问题,我们需要从政府层面、企业层面和个人层面采取合理的措施,以推动灵活用工在企业更好地进行。
Many documents of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasize strengthening support for flexible employment.More and more attention has been paid to flexible employment.In recent years, under the impact of the Internet environment, flexible employment has gradually become a new mode of employment for many enterprises.Flexible employment is an important way to achieve business objectives and achieve full employment in society.However, flexible employment not only has many advantages, but also has many problems. We need to pay attention to these problems and take reasonable measures at the governmental, enterprise and indivudual levels to promote flexible employment in enterprises better.
