西昌水化台SP3400气相色谱仪改装及其效果分析

摘要 利用同一观测条件和方法,对SP3400气相色谱仪改装前后40天西昌川32井水中溶解气O2、CO2、N2三个组分的观测结果进行对比和分析,结果证明改装后的SP3400气相色谱仪稳定性更好,观测数据精确度更高。本次改装解决了SP3400气相色谱仪自2014年6月在西昌水化台启用以来面临的色谱柱老化频率高、仪器稳定性差、观测结果连续性不足等三个主要问题。 Through the same observation conditions and methods, the observation results of dissolved gas O2, CO2 and N2 in water of Xichang chuan 32 well for 40 days before and after the modification of SP3400 gas chromatograph were compared and analyzed. The results show that the modified SP3400 gas chromatograph has better stability and higher accuracy of observation data. The refitting solved three main problems of SP3400 gas chromatograph since it was put into operation in Xichang Hydration Station in June 2014, such as high aging frequency of chromatographic column, poor instrumental stability and insufficient continuity of observation results.
