摘要
采用MMS-300热模拟机测定了C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb系980MPa级高强度汽车双相钢的动态CCT曲线。实验结果显示:冷却速率在0.1~5℃/s范围内显微组织主要为铁素体+贝氏体;冷却速率达到5℃/s时铁素体转变结束,奥氏体全部转变为贝氏体;当冷却速率达到40℃/s时开始发生马氏体转变,显微硬度和抗拉强度均随冷却速率的增加而增加。
The dynamic CCT curve of C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb 980 MPa high-strength automotive duplex steel was measured by MMS-300 thermal simulator. The experimental results show that the microstructure is mainly ferrite and bainite in the range from 0.1 ℃/s to 5 ℃/s. When the cooling rate reaches 5 ℃/s, the ferrite transformation ends and the austenite transforms to bainite, martensite transformation begins to occur when the cooling rate reaches 40 ℃/s. Both micro-hardness and tensile strength increase with the increase of cooling rate.
