IF钢浸入式水口絮流分析与工艺优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对河钢唐钢不锈钢1580生产线在浇注IF钢时浸入式水口严重絮流的问题,分析了产生水口絮流的影响因素。通过降低IF钢的过程温降,优化RH处理工艺,调整浇注中包温度等措施,RH过程OB平均量降低了105Nm3,过程OB平均率降低了32.1%,减少了Al2O3生成量,提高了钢水洁净度,改善了钢水的可浇性,单只浸入式水口的平均寿命由原来的67.6min提高到163.9min。 On basis of the severer SEN clogging during casting IF steel in 1 580 production line of Stainless Steel Branch of Tangsteel, influence factors of SEN clogging were analyzed. By the implementation of several measures, such as reducing process temperature drop, optimizing RH treatment process, adjusting the casting temperature in tundish, the average OB volume decreased by 105 Nm 3, the rate of process OB reduced by 32.1%. Consequentially, the castability and cleanliness of IF steel has been improved, due to the reduction of the amount of Al 2O 3 inclusions formation. The the average life of a SEN is increased from 67.6 min to 163.9 min.
