摘要
安钢第二炼轧厂双流板坯连铸机引进倒角结晶器技术,基本解决了控铝(铌)钢的板坯角部横裂纹问题,经过工艺优化和持续改进,解决了以角部压痕和角部纵裂纹为代表的铸坯角部质量缺陷,实现了板坯倒角结晶器的正常使用。对倒角结晶器某次起步阶段的漏钢原因进行了分析,发现窄面铜板倒角附近的通水孔堵塞是引起漏钢的原因,通过采取预防措施,避免类似漏钢事故的发生。
The technology of chamfered-corner mould is introduced in twin-strand slab casters in the 2 nd steel making and rolling plant of Anyang Steel and the problem of transverse corner crack on slab of aluminum- and/or niobium-bearing steel are resolved dramatically. After being continual optimization and improvement, quality defect on slab corner such as depression and longitudinal corner crack are solved and the normal use of the chamfered-corner mould is realized. During reason investigation of a breakout which occurred at the start stage of a sequence of chamfered-corner mould, it is found that the clogging of water hole nearing of chamfered corner of copper plate of narrow side cause the breakout. By taking preventive counter measures, the similar breakout was prevented from occurring.
