合同管理是现代化钢铁企业管理的核心,从合同接收到终止,整个合同的生命周期完成质量取决于生产组织、计划执行程度。对OTS在唐钢合同转化为订单-订单生产组织-成品发货过程中各项关键指标的实时跟踪,及时反馈和解决订单全生命周期中发生的各种事件进行了论述。

Contract management is the core of the management of modern steel enterprises. From the receipt of the contract to its termination, the quality of the life cycle completion of the contract depends on the production organization and the degree of plan implementation. This paper discusses the real-time tracking and timely feedback of OTS in the process of transforming the contract into order-order production organization and finished product delivery in Tangshan Steel as well as the timely feedback and resolution of all kinds of events in the whole life cycle of the order.
