紫叶稠李叶片对低温环境的生理响应 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】对紫叶稠李进行低温处理,检测花色素苷、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和可溶性糖积累的变化,以及相关酶活性响应规律。【方法】用低温处理紫叶稠李,测定并分析叶色参数、花色素苷、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性、多酚氧化酶活性、可溶性糖含量等生理生化指标的变化规律。【结果】低温环境下紫叶稠李花色素苷、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖含量增加,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性增加,表明紫叶稠李在低温胁迫下通过提高色素积累和增加可溶性糖含量,提高自身的耐寒性。【结论】紫叶稠李在初夏叶片变色期受低温处理时,低温并没有影响它的叶片变色规律和观赏性,本研究为今后提高紫叶稠李的引种适用性和观赏性应用提供理论依据。 【Objective】 Prunus virginiana is treated in low temperature, study on the changes of temperature on the accumulation of anthocyanins, chlorophyll, carotenoids and soluble sugars, and the changes of related enzyme activities.【Methods】 Prunus virginiana thick plum is treated at low temperature. The changes of leaf color parameters, anthocyanins, chlorophyll, carotenoids, SOD, POD, PAL, PPO, soluble sugar content and other physiological and biochemical indexes were determined and analyzed.【Results】 Under low temperature, the content of anthocyanins, chlorophyll, carotenoids and soluble sugars increased, and the activities of SOD and POD increased. Under low temperature stress, Prunus virginiana can improve its cold tolerance by increasing pigment accumulation and increasing soluble sugar content.【Conclusion】 Prunus virginiana thick plum is treated with low temperature during the discoloration period of early summer leaves. Low temperature does not affect its leaf discoloration and ornamental, This study provides a theoretical basis for improving the applicability and ornamental application of Prunus virginiana.
