摘要
通过分析接近开关、绝对值编码器、位移传感器等检测元件的工作原理,编写PLC控制程序,实现了设备的科学诊断和故障连锁保护,确保了设备和生产的稳定运行.
By analyzing the working principle of detection elements,including proximity switch,absolute encoder,displacement sensor,etc.and designing the PLC control program,the scientific diagnosis of the equipment and the interlock protection of the fault were achieved.As a result,the stable operation of the equipment and production were ensured.
