摘要
冷作模具钢经过深冷处理后的综合性能获得普遍提升,尤其是耐磨性大大增加。简述了深冷处理的工艺,论述了模具钢经深冷处理后出现晶粒细化、超细弥散物和残存奥氏体转变为马氏体等现象是模具钢性能提高的主要原因。同时对国内深冷处理在模具钢上的应用前景,提出一些建议和展望。
The comprehensive properties of cold working die steel after deep cryogenic treatment have been generally improved, especially the wear resistance has been greatly increased. In this paper, the process of deep cryogenic treatment is briefly described. The main reasons for the improvement of die steel function were the grain refinement, superfine dispersion and the transformation of retained austenite to martensite after deep cryogenic treatment of die steel. At the same time, some suggestions and prospects for the application of cryogenic treatment on die steel in China are put forward.
