Patents and R&D of major domestic manufacturing enterprise steel plate for household appliances

通过对2000-2018年间,宝钢、马钢、首钢的家电板专利申请、海外布局、技术路线进行分析,并探讨各家企业的家电板重点研发方向,结合市场需要提出了下一步家电用钢的4个研发关注点:以低价材料替代昂贵材料;钢材的高强减薄;对高端表面镀层钢板需求的提升;表面环保功能型涂层板需求提高。

Based on the analysis of the patent application,overseas layout and technical route of Bao gang steel,Ma gang steel and Shou gang steel’s household appliances plate from 2000 to 2018,this paper discusses the key R&D directions of household appliances plate in various enterprises,and puts forward four research and development focuses of household appliances steel in the next step according to the market needs:replacing expensive materials with low-cost materials;high strength and thinning of steel;increasing the demand for high-end surface coated steel plate.The requirement of environmental protection functional coated sheet is increased.
