摘要
针对亚细晶硬质合金,采用SEM、金相显微镜、硬度计等对合金物理、力学性能及金相组织进行检测分析和对比,研究了球磨过程合金球和合金棒作为研磨体对球磨混合料及合金性能的影响。结果表明:在相同实验条件下,用合金球作研磨体制备的合金,晶粒更细,研磨效率更高;采用合金棒作为研磨体,球磨时间延长4小时对提高合金性能没有明显作用,其球磨的效率仍低于合金球的球磨效率;对于亚细晶粒牌号,用合金球作研磨体制备的合金Co分布更均匀,合金棒不适合做混合料制备的研磨体。
In this paper, the effects of alloy balls and alloy rods as milling bodies on the submicro-grained cemented carbide mixture powder and its alloy properties were studied by using scanning electron microscope(SEM), metallographic microscope and hardness tester to detect, analyze and compare the physical/mechanical properties and microstructure. Results show that under the same experimental conditions, using alloy balls as milling bodies, the prepared alloy grains are finer and have a higher milling efficiency;Using alloy rods as milling bodies, the milling time increases 4 hours has no obvious effect on improving alloy properties, and its ball milling efficiency is still lower than that of alloy balls;For submicro-grained cemented carbide, the Co-based binder is more uniform distribution by using alloy balls as milling bodies. Alloy rods are not suitable for milling bodies when prepared mixture powder.
