水资源承载力诊断体系构建及关键诊断因子识别 被引量:2

摘要 针对水资源承载力多元复杂综合体系,在水量、水质等水资源基本要素基础上,进一步拓展水资源承载内涵及功能,从水资源的量、质、域、流四要素出发,对区域水资源承载能力概念进行界定;根据水资源承载力主客体定义,从水资源、社会经济、生态环境三大系统分析水资源承载力影响因素,建立了水资源承载力影响因素基础集;构建由目标层、要素层、表征层及指标层构成的多层次、分要素、能力-负荷双向表征的水资源承载力诊断指标体系,采用熵权法、DEMATEL法从量、质、域、流四要素识别了水资源承载能力关键诊断因子。 Based on the basic factors of water resources, including water quantity and quality, the connotations and functions of water resources are further expanded for the multivariate system of water resources carrying capacity and the concept of carrying capacity is proposed from the quantity,quality,space and flow of water resources. According to the subject and object of water resources carrying capacity, a fundamental set of influence factor is structured from water resources, social economy and ecological environment system. A multi-layer, multi-factor, ability-load bi-directional diagnostic index system of water resource carrying capacity, composed of target layer, element layer, characterization layer and index layer, is constructed. The key diagnostic factors of water resource carrying capacity are identified from the four factors of quantity, quality, domain and flow by entropy weight method and DEMATEL method.
