针对现阶段济宁三号煤矿综掘工作面综掘机移设困难问题,根据综掘机尺寸型号,通过理论推导结合现场实际总结了一套抹角尺寸计算办法,该模型采用极限值法得出掘进机拐弯不做抹角时的临界施工角度,对现场施工具有很好的指导意义。

Aiming at the difficult problem of fully mechanized excavator moving in Jining No.3 coal mine at present, according to the specific size and type of fully mechanized excavator, a set of calculating method of angle-wiping size is summarized through theoretical deduction and field practice. The critical construction angle of roadheader turning without angle-wiping is obtained by using the limit value method, which has a very high guiding significance for field construction.
