中高职衔接人才培养模式研究——以辽宁铁道职业技术学院铁道交通运营管理专业为例

Study on the Talent Training Mode of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education Connection

目前我国职业教育已经步入体系建设的新阶段,为不断提升中职教育与高职教育衔接的办学质量和办学效益,不断完善中高职衔接模式的改革实践,推进中高职衔接的人才培养模式,通过对中高职衔接模式的比较,指出了中高职衔接中存在的主要问题,提出了中高职衔接的主要思路,研究了高职人才培养模式,以提高技能型人才的培养质量。

Nowadays,China's vocational education has entered a new stage of system construction.To continuously improve the quality and benefit of connecting secondary and higher vocational education,perfect the reform and practice of the connection mode and promote the talent training mode,it points out the main problems,proposes the main ideas in connecting secondary and higher vocational education,and researches on the talent training mode to improve the training quality of skilled talent.
