工位不足的情况下实训教学设计研究

On Teaching Design of Practical Training in Case of Position Deficiency

尽管我国职业院校实训基地建设近年来有很大进展,实习实训条件得到改善,但仪器设备陈旧落后、实训设备数量不够,实训工位不足仍是我国高等职业院校实际现状。这些问题的存在不利于技术技能型人才的培养,在一定程度制约了教学质量的提高。通过融入信息化的手段,采取混合式的教学模式,为解决实训条件不足情况下开展实训提供了一个思路。

Although the training base construction of vocational colleges in our country has made great progress in recent years and the practical training conditions have improved,the backward and obsolete equipment,deficient training equipment and insufficient training position are the real situation in higher vocational colleges in China,which is adverse to the cultivation of technical and skilled talent,and restricts the improvement of teaching quality to a certain extent.By means of integrating informatization and adopting blended teaching mode,it provides an idea for carrying out practical training in case of insufficient practical training conditions.
