摘要
目的研究临床辅助措施在应用超声小探头行气管镜检查过程中的效果。方法选取2016年7月~2018年7月于我院接受气管镜检查的94例患者为研究对象,将其以随机法均分成试验组和对照组。所有患者均应用超声小探头检查,试验组患者在此检查过程中予以临床辅助措施干预。比较两组在检查过程中的舒适程度,耐受程度,并发症发生情况以及患者满意度等方面的差异。结果试验组检查过程中无不适人数占比高于对照组,而重度不适人数占比低于对照组(均P<0.05)。试验组检查过程中耐受0级人数占比高于对照组,而耐受Ⅲ级人数占比低于对照组(均P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。试验组满意度相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论临床辅助措施在应用超声小探头行气管镜检查过程中的效果明显,有利于提高患者的舒适程度与耐受程度,降低并发症的发生风险,同时提高患者满意度。
Objective To study the effect of clinical auxiliary measures in process of endoscopic examination with small ultrasonic probe.Methods A total of 94 patients who received endoscopy in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as study objects,which were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.All the patients were examined by small ultrasound probe,and clinical assistant intervention was performed in the trial group.Differences in comfort,tolerance,complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of patients with no discomfort was higher in the test group than in the control group,while the proportion of patients with severe discomfort was lower than that in the control group (all P< 0.05).Tolerance level 0 in the process of the experimental group check number was much higher than that of the control group,and tolerance grade Ⅲ number ratio was lower than that of the control group ( P< 0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group ( P< 0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group ( P< 0.05).Conclusion The application of small ultrasound probe in the process of endotracheal endoscopy has significant effect in clinical auxiliary intervention,which is conducive to improving the comfort and tolerance of patients,reducing the risk of complications and improving the satisfaction of patients.
