摘要 通过优化学科专业结构、深化人才培养模式改革、加快融入区域经济社会发展,加强“双师双能型”队伍建设和创新机制等六大举措扎实推进产教深度融合和校企全面合作。在此过程中,学校加强了应用型专业建设,构建了特色优势学科专业集群,提升了服务地方经济社会发展能力的目标任务,完善了紧密对接地方支柱产业与战略性新兴产业发展的应用型专业体系,彰显了应用本科专业特色。 After a series of measurements, such as optimization of major structure, reformation of the models for talents cultivation, integration into regional development of economy and society, strengthening the construction of “double-qualification type” teachers and innovation of system and mechanism, the fusion of education and industry, and cooperation between college and enterprise are promoted steadily. During the process of the construction of new engineering disciplines, Hunan Institute of Engineering has promoted the construction of applied majors, constructed a group of special and advantageous majors, perfected the system of cooperation between the applied majors and the development of local pillar industries and strategic emerging industries. Therefore, Hunan Institute of Engineering has achieved much in the construction of new engineering disciplines.
