摘要
以国内一所大学担任学生领导职务的本科生为样本,探讨大学生内隐领导理论、领导动机对变革型领导行为的影响.研究结果表明,内隐领导原型与领导动机成正相关,领导动机部分中介了内隐领导原型对变革型领导行为的影响.在此基础上,提出了这一发现对大学生领导力培养的意义和应用价值.
Taking leaders of undergraduate students in a domestic university as a sample, this paper explores the impact of college students’ implicit leadership theory (ILTs) and motivation to lead (MTL) on their transformational leadership behavior (TL). The research results show that the ITLs prototype is positively related to the MTL, and the MTL partially mediates the positive relationship between the ILTs prototypes and the TL. On this basis, the significance and application value of this discovery to the cultivation of college students’ leadership is put forward.
