基于社会交换理论的我国时间银行养老服务模式影响因素分析

An Analysis of Influencing Factors of Time Bank Old-age Service Model in China Based on Social Exchange Theory

我国时间银行养老服务模式仍然存在着覆盖面小、参与度不高等现实问题。以社会交换理论为分析框架,基于在上海进行的大样本问卷调查,发现影响我国时间银行发展的主要因素包括:时间银行的通存通兑性、政府的资金支持、其他成员的积极参与和奉献等。为此,要增加政府信用支持,提高时间银行养老服务模式的信任程度;应激励大众投入,增强时间银行养老服务模式中社会交换的及时性;通过新兴技术优化时间币特性,加强社会交换保障性和通存通兑性;应强化“孝文化”建设,夯实社会交换的价值基础。

China s time bank old-age service model still has some practical problems, such as small coverage and low participation. Taking social exchange theory as the analytical framework, this paper is based on a large sample survey conducted in Shanghai and finds that the main factors affecting the development of time bank in China include the currency of time bank, the financial support of the government, the active participation and contribution of other members, etc. Therefore, we should increase government credit support and enhance the trust level of the time bank old-age service model;we should encourage public input to enhance the timeliness of social exchange of time bank old-age service model;we should apply advanced technologies to optimize the characteristics of time currency in order to strengthen the security of the social exchange and the currency;we should strengthen the construction of “filial piety culture” and consolidate the value basis of social exchange.
