城市互联网租赁自行车总量控制规模研究

Research on the Scale of Total Control of Urban Internet Rental Bicycles

2016年,我国移动互联网和租赁自行车融合发展的新型服务模--互联网租赁自行车发展迅速,以其手机APP随借随还的使用模式,受到市民的广泛欢迎,一定程度改变了市民的出行习惯,但同时也带来了城市局部公共空间投放互联网租赁自行车数量过度饱和等问题。本文从平衡推动分享经济发展、满足市民公共服务、保护公共设施资源三大诉求出发,提出综合车辆周转率、停车空间承载力、骑行空间承载力的互联网租赁自行车总量控制规模估算方法,以深圳为例进行总量控制规模测算,对城市互联网租赁自行车的可持续发展具有一定指导意义。

In 2016,Internet rental bicycles,which integrates mobile Internet and rental bicycles developed rapidly in China.With the use of mobile phone apps,they have been widely welcomed by the public,which has changed the travelhabits of the citizens to some extent,but at the same time,it also brought about the problem of excessive saturation of the number of Internet rental bicycles in the local public space.Based on the three major complaints ofbalancingsharing economic development,satisfying public services,and protecting public facilities resources,this paper proposes an estimate method for the total scale of Internet rental bicycles for comprehensive vehicle turnover,parking space carrying capacity and riding space carrying capacity.TakingShenzhen as an example,the calculation of the total control scale iscarried out,which has certain guiding significance for the sustainable development of urban Internet rental bicycles.
