"三供一业"供电改造项目对国企减负具有重要意义,Z市在供电改造过程中出现了施工进度慢,现场安全质量管控难的问题,文章站在施工总包单位的角度,从部门设立、合理分包、协调机制、思想学习、安全质量、责任落实六个方面提出了高效推进供电改造项目的办法。

The "Water/Power/Heat Supply and Property Management" power supply renovation project is of great significance to the state-owned enterprises to reduce the burden.In the process of power supply reform,Z city has experienced slow construction progress and difficult on-site safety and quality control.From the perspective of construction contractors,the article puts forward the methods of efficiently promoting power supply transformation projects from six aspects: department establishment,reasonable subcontracting,coordination mechanism,ideological learning,safety quality and responsibility implementation.
