闽东地区传统村落保护与发展策略研究——以宁德市蒲洋村为例

Research on the Protection and Development Strategy of Traditional Villages in East Fujian Area:Taking Puyang Village of Ningde City as an Example

蒲洋村位于福建省东北部,村落依山而建,拥有丰富的历史与景观资源。本文通过大量实地调查、问卷调查与村民访谈,对该村的历史沿革、村落格局、建筑特色等方面进行了分析研究,并对该村的价值特色与文化本底进行了归纳总结。针对蒲洋村目前面临的人口空心化、传统建筑破败、传统文化丧失等问题,本文突出对历史资源的活化与利用,力图探索出一条可操作的、可持续的、保护与发展相协调的村庄复兴之路。

Puyang Village is located in the northeastern part of Fujian Province.The village is built on the mountain and has rich historical and landscape resources.Through a large number of field investigations,questionnaire surveys and interviews with villagers,this paper analyzes the historical evolution,village pattern and architectural characteristics of the village,and summarizes the value characteristics and cultural background of the village.In view of the current population hollowing out of Puyang Village,the loss of traditional architecture and the loss of traditional culture,this paper highlights the activation and utilization of historical resources,and tries to explore a village revival road that is operational,sustainable,and coordinated with development and development.
