基于TRIZ理论使用智能快递柜回收快递包装的设计研究

摘要 随着物流快递业的发展,快递包装垃圾不断增多,对环境造成了极大的影响,文章基于智能快递柜回收快递包装的应用场景进行分析,引入TRIZ理论对以智能快递柜为中介(媒介)的人-机-物系统进行了矛盾冲突解决方案创想,梳理基于智能快递柜的快递包装回收流程,增加设计智能快递柜硬件功能和软件系统,提出相关激励和约束机制构建的要求,达到末端快递包装有效回收的目的。 With the development of the logistics express industry,the express packaging waste is increasing,which has a great impact on the environment.The article is based on the application scenario of the intelligent express cabinet recycling express packaging,introducing the TRIZ theory to the intelligent express cabinet as the intermediary(media) The human-machine-object system has carried out the contradictory conflict solution idea,combing the express packaging recycling process based on the intelligent express cabinet,increasing the hardware function and software system of the design intelligent express cabinet,and proposing the requirements of the relevant incentive and constraint mechanism construction.The end express package is effectively recycled.
