Application Research of BIM Technology in Architectural Collaborative Design

基于BIM技术的协同设计目前已应用在某些大型建筑项目中,例如:华东建筑设计研究总院的上海世博会博物馆项目。但是基于BIM技术的建筑协同设计过程涉及诸多软件且较为复杂,因此,BIM技术的应用目前只在很少一部分大规模且复杂的项目中得以应用。本文拟借助对Revit软件和Navisworks系列软件的运用,对某综合商业楼进行模型构建及合模检测工作,在建筑设计平台实施图形编辑功能和模拟冲突检测功能,希望能为BIM技术的应用研究提供参考。

Collaborative design based on BIM technology has been applied to some large-scale construction projects,such as the Shanghai World Expo Museum Project of East China Architectural Design and Research Institute.However,the architectural collaborative design process based on BIM technology involves many softwares and is complex.Therefore,the application of BIM technology is currently only applied in a small number of large-scale and complex projects.This paper intends to use the application of Revit software and Navisworks series software to carry out model construction and mold clamping inspection for a comprehensive commercial building,and implement graphic editing function and simulation conflict detection function in the architectural design platform,hoping to provide reference for the application research for BIM technology.
