新入职护士人文关怀品质与人文执业能力的相关性研究

Correlation study of humanistic care quality and humanistic practice ability of newly served nurses

目的调查新入职护士人文关怀品质与人文执业能力现况并分析两者之间的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、护士人文关怀品质量表及护士人文执业能力量表,对120名新入职护士进行问卷调查。结果新入职护士人文关怀品质总分为(118.76±13.77)分,人文执业能力总分为(104.14±12.79)分,人文关怀品质与人文执业能力呈显著正相关(r=0.713,P=0.000)。结论新入职护士的人文关怀品质与人文执业能力均处于中等水平并有待提高,新入职护士的人文关怀品质与人文执业能力关系密切,可以通过提升新护士的人文关怀品质来提高其人文执业能力。

Objective To investigate the current situation of human care quality and human practice ability of new nurses,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 120 new nurses using the general survey form,the nurse humanities care quality table and the nurse humanities practice ability scale.Results The total score of human care quality of new nurses was (118.76±13.77),and the total score of new nurses' humanities practice ability was (104.14±12.79).The quality of human care of new nurses was significantly positively correlated with human practice ability ( r =0.713,P =0.000).Conclusion The quality of humanistic care and humanistic practice of new nurses are at a medium level and need to be improved.The quality of human care of new nurses is closely related to the ability of humanities to practice.It can improve the humanistic practice ability of new nurses by improving the quality of human care.
