人力资本变化背景下赣江新区高技能人才供给及培养研究

Research on the Supply and Cultivation of High-skilled Talents in Ganjiang New Area under the Background of Human Capital Change

高技能人才供给是关系到赣江新区战略发展的关键问题之一。基于江西省人力资本的变化背景,研究发现近年来江西省职业教育发展势头良好,基本适应了产业集群发展需要,然而围绕赣江新区光电信息、新能源新材料等主导产业,仍然存在较大的高技能人才缺口。因此,在赣江新区高技能人才培养路径方面提出如下建议:政府应切实提炼职业教育工作要点,做好人才培养服务工作;高职院校应启动"双高计划",着力建设"双师型"教师队伍;企业积极参与职业教育,开展企业新型学徒制试点。

The supply of high-skilled talents is one of the key issues related to the strategic development of Ganjiang new area.Based on the background of the change in human capital in Jiangxi province, it is found that the development of vocational education in Jiangxi province has basically adapted to the development needs of Jiangxi industrial clusters in recent years. However, there are still large gaps in high-skilled talents around the leading industries such as photoelectric information industry of new energy new materials in Ganjiang new area. And it proposes that the government should refine the main points of vocational education and do a good job in personnel training;Vocational colleges should launch the "double high plan" and focus on cultivate "double-type" professors. Enterprises should actively participate in vocational education and carry out pilot projects of the new type apprenticeship.
