摘要 目的探讨不同微创介入治疗原发性肝癌对机体T细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在大连市友谊医院就诊80例肝癌患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取射频消融(RFA),试验组40例采取肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE),比较两组患者治疗后CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8比值的变化。结果试验组CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同微创介入治疗原发性肝癌对患者的T细胞免疫功能影响不同,肝动脉栓塞化疗效果更为显著,值得在临床推广。 Objective To study the different minimally invasive interventional treatment for primary liver cancer in the influence of T cell immune function. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in dalian friendship hospital, 80 cases of liver cancer patients, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,control group 40 cases take radiofrequency ablation(RFA), experimental group 40 cases of hepatic artery embolism chemotherapy(conventional), compare the two groups after treatment in patients with CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio change. Results The experimental group CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8 were superior to control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Different minimally invasive interventional treatment for primary liver cancer on the immune function of T cells in patients with different, more significant effect of hepatic artery embolism chemotherapy, is worth popularizing in clinical.
