胃肠手术后患者实施早期肠内营养治疗的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨给予胃肠手术患者术后早期肠内营养治疗的效果。方法将本院2015年4月起接受行胃肠手术治疗的86例患者随机分成观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组给予常规肠外营养支持治疗,观察组给予早期肠内营养支持治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组肠道功能恢复时间、排便时间、住院时间等临床恢复时间指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组营养治疗期间不良反应发生率为4.66%,明显低于对照组23.24%的发生率(P<0.05)。结论针对行胃肠手术的患者,给予患者实施早期肠内营养支持可促进患者康复,且安全性高,值得推广. Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition treatment for patients with gastrointestinal surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in April 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given normal enteral nutrition support treatment, and the observation group gave early enteral nutrition support treatment, and observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The indexes of recovery time, defecation time and hospital stay were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.66%, which was significantly lower than that of 23.24% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with gastrointestinal surgery, it is worthwhile to promote the rehabilitation of patients with early enteral nutrition support.
