摘要
目的 探讨微创克氏针张力带内固定联合反馈训练治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法 本次研究对象为2014年3月-2018年11月我院收治的84例髌骨骨折患者,应用随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为对照组与观察组,两组在都给予常规治疗的基础上,对照组42例仅给予微创克氏针张力带内固定治疗,观察组42例联合给予反馈训练治疗。比较两组患者康复效果、膝关节肿胀、疼痛以及活动度。结果 给予微创克氏针张力带内固定联合反馈训练治疗的观察组总显效率为95.24%,远高于仅给予微创克氏针张力带内固定治疗对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后膝关节肿胀、疼痛情况较对照组有明显舒缓,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组患者患肢膝关节活动度相较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与单纯给予微创克氏针张力带内固定相比,微创克氏针张力带内固定联合反馈训练治疗髌骨骨折,可以有效改善患者患肢肿胀、疼痛以及关节活动度情况,恢复效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation combined with feedback training in the treatment of tibiofibular fractures. Methods Eighty-four patients with tibiofibular fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to November 2018 were randomized into a control group and an observation group. Both groups received routine treatment. On the basis of this, 42 patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation, and 42 patients in the observation group were given feedback training. The rehabilitation effect, knee swelling, pain and mobility were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group treated with minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation combined with feedback training was 95.24%, which was much higher than that of the control group treated with minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The swelling and pain of knee joints in the observation group were significantly relieved compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). One month after the operation, the knee joint activity of the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation, minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation combined with feedback training for the treatment of tibiofibular fractures can effectively improve the swelling, pain and joint mobility of patients with limbs, and the recovery effect was significant.
