摘要
教师自主性是外语教育领域的一个新研究焦点。基于教师专业的视角、社会文化的视角、教师教育的视角,对外语教师自主性的内涵进行梳理,归纳出教师自主性的要素、维度以及属性。参考Benson提出的外语学习者自主性发展途径,将目前外语教师自主性发展的模式归纳为基于资源、基于技术、基于学习者(教师作为学习者)、基于教学案例四种主要途径,并就外语教师自主性发展和实践过程中的影响因素进行探讨。
Teacher autonomy has become a new research focus in the research of foreign language education. This article reviews the concept of teacher autonomy from professional teaching, sociocultural perspective and teacher education with the aim to summarize the elements, dimensions and attributes pertaining to teacher autonomy. Referred to Benson s proposal of Learner Autonomy Development approach, this article categorizes the current approaches to the development of foreign language teacher autonomy, which are resource-based approach, technology-based approach, learner (teacher as a learner)-based approach and case-based approach. Finally, factors related to the development of foreign language teacher autonomy are discussed.
