中药外敷联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Postoperative Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨针对要追加农安突出症术后患者应用针灸联合中药外敷治疗的疗效观察。方法选取自2016年1月至2018年1月于抚顺市中医院骨科二病房的行腰椎间盘突出症术后的患者50例,通过随机信封法对试验组与对照组进行分组,对照组25例,应用针灸治疗,试验组25例,在对照组的基础上应用中药外敷观察两组患者治疗后有效率。结果试验组患者的疼痛评分及有效率情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者应用针灸联合中药外敷可以减轻患者术后疼痛,加速患者康复,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of patients in acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of additional Nongan herniation after surgery. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018 in 50 cases of disc herniation postoperative patients in Department of orthopedics of Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine ward two lumbar, through the random envelope method of test group and control group were divided into two groups, 25 cases in the control group, the application of acupuncture treatment, 25 cases of test group and external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group was two groups of patients after treatment efficiency. Results The pain score and the effective rate of the patients in the test group were all better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is effective to apply acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the postoperative patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
