摘要
随着我国经济转型发展,社会对高校毕业生的实践能力、创新能力提出更高的要求。为了适应社会对应用型人才的需求,提出需要改变高校在人才培养过程中“重理论、轻实践”的教学模式,探讨构建应用型人才培养模式和实施办法。通过实施专业实践教学四年不断线,课外科技活动、技术训练、技能竞赛四年不断线的教学方式和一系列“理论与实践并重”实践能力考核办法,培养出社会需要的应用型、中高级工程技术人才。
With the development of our country′s economic transformation, the college graduates now need to acquire more practical and innovative ability. In order to meet the needs of the society for application-oriented talents, this paper proposes that we should change the traditional teaching mode in talents training, in which we paid more attention to the theory while less to practice. Furthermore, we explore how to construct an application-oriented talents training mode and its implementation method. Through implementing professional practice teaching, extracurricular activities, technical training and skills contest, which all last for four years without being interrupted, and also using a series of theory-practice practical ability evaluation methods, we cultivate application-oriented senior engineering and technical talents.
