摘要
分别采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)和大气等离子喷涂(APS)法,在Inconel718基体上制备T800涂层,并对涂层的金相显微结构、孔隙率、硬度及结合强度进行测试.试验结果表明,两种涂层与基体间均形成良好的界面结合,涂层组织均匀良好;与APS制备的T800涂层相比,HVOF制备的涂层孔隙率略低,表面硬度HR15N略高,结合强度较高.
The T800 coating was prepared on Inconel 718 substrate by high velocity oxygen flame (HVOF) and atmospheric plasma spraying(APS) method respectively.Metallographic structure, porosity rate, surface hardness and bonding strength of the coating were tested.The results show that there is a good interface combination between two coatings and the substrate.Compared with the T800 coating prepared by APS, there is lower porosity, higher surface hardness, higher bonding strength of the coating prepared by HVOF.
