摘要
目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)颈动脉内中膜增厚的关系。方法我院确诊的T2DM住院患者168例。根据颈部血管超声CIMT值分为颈动脉内中膜正常组与增厚组。检测患者血清HCY、NSE及常规生化指标,分析血清HCY、NSE水平与T2DM颈动脉内中膜增厚的关系。结果增厚组血清HCY、NSE水平高于正常组,且重度增厚组高于轻度增厚组(P<0. 05)。高水平血清HCY和NSE是T2DM颈动脉内中膜增厚的危险因素(P<0. 05)。结论 T2DM颈动脉内中膜增厚可能与血清HCY、NSE水平密切关系,高水平血清HCY和NSE可增加T2DM颈动脉内中膜增厚的风险。
Objective To explore the association of serum homocysteine (HCY) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) with the thickening of carotid artery middle membrane in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods One hundred and sixty-eight T2DM in our hospital were divided into the carotid artery intima-media normal group and carotid intima-media thickening group according to CIMT values.The routine biochemical indexes,serum levels of HCY and NSE were examined. The relationship between serum HCY and NSE levels and the thickening of T2DM carotid artery was statistically analyzed.Results The results showed that the serum levels of HCY and NSE in the thickening group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0. 05),and the level of serum HCY and NSE in the severe thickening group were also significantly higher than that in the mild thickening group (P<0. 05).High level serum HCY and NSE could be the risk factors for the thickening of the medial carotid artery in T2DM patients (P<0. 05).Conclusion The serum levels of HCY and NSE were closely related to the thickening of carotid intima-media,and high levels of serum HCY and NSE could be risk factors for thickening of carotid intima-media in T2DM patients.
