医护一体化住院患者护理评估信息系统的应用与效果

The application and effect of integrated nursing evaluation information system for inpatients

目的探讨医护一体化住院患者护理评估系统的应用与效果。方法医护一体化住院患者护理评估系统包括住院患者评估、护理评估专项追随记录模块和高危/难免压疮筛查上报、压疮上报、压疮追随记录、医生站护理评估预警系统三个模块。由责任护士或值班护士完成住院患者评估并对12个专项护理评估量表评估出的阳性值进行动态追随,同时报医生站进行医护一体化安全预警管理。结果医护一体化住院患者护理评估系统实行后,患者满意率较之前提高(P<0. 05),护理缺陷发生率降低(P<0. 05)。结论应用医护一体化住院患者护理评估系统可有效提高患者满意率降低护理缺陷发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application and effect of integrated nursing evaluation system for inpatients.Methods The integrated medical nursing evaluation system for inpatient included inpatient evaluation,nursing evaluation special follow-up record module and high-risk/unavoidable pressure sores screening report,pressure sores report,pressure sores follow record,and nursing evaluation and early warning system for medical station.Responsible nurses or on-duty nurses performed in-patient assessments and dynamically followed by the positive values assessed in the 12 special nursing assessment tables,and reported to the doctor station for integrated medical care security early warning management.Results The satisfaction rate of patients was increased(P< 0. 05) and the incidence of nursing defects was decreased(P<0. 05).Conclusion The application of integrated nursing evaluation system for inpatients can effectively improve the patients’ satisfaction rate and reduce the incidence of nursing defects.It is worthy of promotion.
