从学徒角度看现代学徒制保障机制的完善

On the Perfection of the Guarantee Mechanism for Modern Apprenticeship from the Perspective of Apprentices

在经济全球化的背景下,高职教育为我国经济的发展提供了不可或缺的技能型人才,而现代学徒制是适合当前职业教育发展的人才培养模式。通过在一些地区和高职院校的试点,现代学徒制的实施已经取得了一定的成效,也提出了一些相应的保障机制。而作为现代学徒制最重要的受益对象之一的学徒,从他们的角度如何看待保障机制,实际上是促使现代学徒制保障机制完善的重要因素。本文拟从学徒的角度出发,以实例说明如何完善现代学徒制的保障机制。

Under the background of economic globalization,higher vocational education provides indispensable skill-based talents for the development of China's economy,and modern apprenticeship is a talent training mode suitable for the development of current vocational education.Through the pilots in some regions and higher vocational colleges,the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system has achieved certain results,and some corresponding guarantee mechanisms have also been proposed.As an apprentice who is one of the most important beneficiaries of the modern apprenticeship system,how to treat the guarantee mechanism from their perspective is actually an important factor to promote the perfection of the modern apprenticeship guarantee mechanism.This article intends to illustrate how to improve the guarantee mechanism of modern apprenticeship from the perspective of apprentices.
